Guidelines for Interactive Poster Presentations HERE
Before the Event, you must have uploaded your pre-recorded video first in order to be integrated in the programme of the Interactive Sessions
During the event, you will present and discuss LIVE with the audience in your own virtual Jitsi meeting room during your 45 minute allocated time slot(s) as if you were presenting your paper poster in a physical event.
Here you can discuss about your contribution (general overview or technical details, depending whether they have read your paper or watched your video).
What should you prepare for the discussion with the audience ?
Any material adapted to the audience and the potential questions: powerpoint with one or multiple slides, live demos, videos, etc.
Who can enter your room ?
All participants can enter your room by clicking on « talk to the speaker » ; they can see your available time slots and enter anytime.
Please be present in order to network and possibly meet your future partners !
