Rongjun Qin holds a joint assistant professorship in Department of Civil, Environmental and Geodetic Engineering, and Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The Ohio State University. He earned a B.Sc. in Computational Mathematics from Wuhan University (2009), M. Eng in Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing from Wuhan University (2011), Ph.D. in Photogrammetry and remote sensing from ETH Zurich (2015). He is the author of RSP and has a rich experience in supporting 3D mapping using high resolution satellite images. He serves a few editorial roles including 1) associate editor for PE&RS journal; 2) Guest editor for ISPRS Journal. He is an IEEE senior member and serves as the chair of working group 8, commission I of ISPRS.
