EuroSDR is an European not-for-profit organisation linking National Mapping and Cadastral Agencies (NMCAs) with Research Institutes and Universities for the purpose of applied research in spatial data provision, management and delivery. EuroSDR deals with issues related to the implementation of technology developments with respect to the optimization and provision of reference information in a Spatial Data Infrastructure context.

The aim of this Theme Session is to encourage and foster collaboration between researchers and practitioners through the presentation of the latest research and development findings in geospatial science of relevance to the NMCAs. Contributions are welcome from all aspects of geodata acquisition, processing, integration and updating, with particular attention to NMCA problems and scale.
